Renew Now! Grounds subscriptions expire March 31

RENEW NOW! 2018 Grounds Subscriptions expire on March 31.  In order to continue to use or train at on the Pony Club grounds, subscriptions must be renewed.  You will be provided a new bridle tag for 2019.  To continue your subscription, complete the form and Release at the bottom of the RHPC Homepage under "Facility Usage"

TRAINERS: you may teach on the Pony Club grounds if you complete a trainer subscription and provide proof of insurance.  In addition, your student must be a RHPC member or Grounds Subscriber. 

Please note that this year there will be a modest increase in fees. Also new this year, we hope to complete most renewal transactions in person at our grounds. We will be at our Palace building to collect signed releases and payments, and issue new bridle tags on two days:

  • Saturday, March 16, 2-4 PM
  • Wednesday, March 27, 4:30-6:30 PM

If you're not able to make either of those times, please complete the applicable paperwork and send with payment via US Mail as detailed in the attached.

Not a Subscriber Yet? Don't See Your Name Listed?

All non-Radnor Hunt Pony Club (RHPC) members wishing to use the RHPC GROUNDS (facilities) which include the two fenced rings, two unfenced arenas with footing, and cross country obstacles throughout the RHPC 17 acres, must become a GROUNDS SUBSCRIBER. Renewal forms are mailed every February to current subscribers, and new locks are installed every April.

I shall compete for the enjoyment of the game well played and take winning or losing in stride, remembering that without good manners and good temper, sport loses its cause for being. If you are NOT an RHPC member but would like to use the RHPC facilities WHICH INCLUDE:

  • TWO FENCED ARENAS – ONE EQUIPPED WITH LIGHTS FOR EVENING USE
  • A DRESSAGE RING
  • A WARM-UP RING
  • CROSS COUNTRY OBSTACLES THROUGHOUT OUR 17 ACRES OF CONSERVED LAND
  • 2 GRAVELLED WASH STALLS
  • WATER ACCESS WEATHER PERMITTING
  • TRAILER PARKING WHILE RIDING ON THE GROUNDS
